Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Worldly Weddings and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Statement of Limited Liability
Worldly Weddings warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) days from the date of shipment. All other warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed. Worldly Weddings’ obligations with respect to orders placed and/or products delivered to buyer shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products which are returned to Worldly Weddings with a valid return merchandise approval code, postage pre–paid, and within seven (7) days from the date the shipment was received or, at Worldly Weddings’ option, a refund of the amount of the purchase price paid for merchandise returned to Worldly Weddings within seven (7) days from the date of received shipment, without any further obligation or liability on the part of Worldly Weddings. Buyer’s sole remedies for liability of any kind with respect to products ordered or furnished by Worldly Weddings and any other performance by Worldly Weddings or with respect to buyer’s use thereof, shall be limited to the replacement or repair or refund aforementioned and in no event shall Worldly Weddings be liable or responsible for incidental, special or consequential damages allegedly caused by a failure to timely deliver products, non–delivery of products or a delivery of defective or non–conforming products. No claim of any kind by buyer, whether as to products delivered, non–delivery of products or other faulty performance by Worldly Weddings shall exceed the amount of the purchase price received by Worldly Weddings for the products, and a failure to provide Worldly Weddings with notice of any claim within five (5) days from the date the merchandise was received and failure to return such products within said time shall constitute a waiver of all such claims in respect to such products.
