Return Policy
 

At Worldly Weddings, LLC, we stand behind the quality of all our products.  As much as we’d like to think that everything you buy from worldlyweddings.com will be exactly what you wanted, we know that won’t always be the case.  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or it is not 100% free from defects, Worldly Weddings, is pleased to accept returns for unused, unopened, and non-personalized items up to 5 days after you receive your order. When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Please submit all return requests by email to returns@worldlyweddings.com within 5 days of receiving your order.  Include your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.   

Please note: Understandably, perishable products including soaps, candles, candy, tea & coffee bags, etc., and personalized items cannot be returned.

Worldly Weddings will issue a full refund for approved returned items minus the cost of shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee, however customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned unless they are found to be defective. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 5 days of receipt of your order and return to us. Worldly Weddings, will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of Worldly Weddings, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information we received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement.

Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from Worldly Weddings that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, we will gladly exchange the non-resalable product for you without charge.


Non-resalable: items such as food products, apparel, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment
