The craziness that ensues while planning a wedding can be stressful.  Give the wedding couple or the wedding party attendants a way to unwind with this Meditation Box set.  The box set features a high quality 7-metal bowl, pad, wooden ringer and instructional insert with information on the cultural meaning of the box and bowl design. Singing bowls also known as meditation bowls, were traditionally used throughout Asia as part of Buddhist meditation practice. Today they are used worldwide for meditation, relaxation, personal well-being practices.  The Endless Knot is an ancient symbol that represents the interconnectedness of all things and the constant interplay of wisdom and compassion. It is one of the eight auspicious or “lucky” symbols collectively known as the Tashi Dargye in Tibetan. Our Endless Knot box is artfully handmade with Himalayan lokta paper. Inside, a hand-cast singing bowl is painted with a golden knot by a skilled Nepali artisan. Use the wooden striker to tease out the sounds of auspicious infinity.

How to Use Your Meditation Bowl

Find a quiet place. Set the bowl on its pad. Take a calming breath and gently strike the edge of the bowl with the wooden baton. Relax and focus on the resonating sound.  Continue to concentrate as the sound gently subsides. Enjoy the peaceful moments that follows. Repeat as needed!
